Logic Involved in Automated Decisions. To the extent required by applicable law, we provide the following information about the logic involved in our automated decision-making processes:
Our automated decision-making systems use machine learning algorithms to analyze patterns in your Personal Information and the Personal Information of other users with similar characteristics. These algorithms assign weights to various factors based on their predictive value and generate outputs such as recommendations, scores, or classifications. The specific factors considered and their relative weights may vary depending on the purpose of the automated decision.
For example, when generating personalized recommendations, our algorithms may consider factors such as:
We do not engage in automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you without human involvement, unless: (1) we have obtained your prior express consent; (2) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; or (3) the processing is otherwise authorized by applicable law.
Significance and Consequences of Automated Processing. Automated processing of your Personal Information may have the following effects on you:

COPPA Compliance. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and its implementing regulations.
Age Verification Procedures. We do not employ age verification procedures but rely on users' representations regarding their age.
Collection Without Consent. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
Special Protections for Minors (California "Eraser Law"). California residents under 18 who are registered users of our App may request removal of content or information they have publicly posted on our App by contacting us at privacy@gogetcurrent.io.

13. LOCATION DATA AND GEOLOCATION PRIVACY
Detailed Description of Precise Location Collection. When you use our App with location services enabled, we collect precise geolocation data that identifies your physical location within a radius of approximately 1,850 feet (approximately 500 meters) or less. This data is derived from a combination of technologies, including:
Global Positioning System (GPS). Satellite-based positioning technology that provides highly accurate location information when available.
Wi-Fi Access Points. The identification and signal strength of nearby Wi-Fi networks to estimate your location.
Cell Tower Triangulation. The identification and signal strength of nearby cellular towers to estimate your location.
Bluetooth Beacons. Signals from Bluetooth Low Energy beacons (if available) to provide indoor positioning or proximity detection.
IP Address Geolocation. Approximate location information derived from your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
The accuracy of the location data we collect may vary depending on the technologies available on your device, the availability of signals (e.g., GPS satellites, Wi-Fi networks, cellular towers), and environmental factors such as buildings or terrain.
Frequency of Location Collection. The frequency with which we collect your location data depends on how you use the App and your device settings:
When You Open or Use the App. When you actively use the App, we collect your location at regular intervals (e.g., every 15 minutes) to provide real-time location-based features and services.
When You Perform Certain Actions. We collect your location when you perform specific actions within the App, such as searching for nearby businesses, viewing real-time capacity information, or redeeming a location-based promotion.
Foreground Collection. When the App is in the foreground (i.e., actively displayed on your screen), we collect your location to provide real-time location-based features, such as displaying nearby businesses, showing real-time capacity information, and providing navigation assistance.
Background Collection. With your consent, we may collect location data when the App is in the background to provide you with our Services, such as location-based notifications, geofencing alerts, or trip tracking. You may enable or disable background location collection at any time through your device's privacy settings or through the App's settings. Disabling background location collection will not affect your ability to use location-based features when the App is in the foreground.
Purposes for Location Data. We collect and use your location data for the following purposes:
Displaying Nearby Businesses. To show you businesses, venues, and points of interest located near your current location.
Real-Time Capacity Information. To provide you with real-time information about business capacity, wait times, and crowd levels at nearby locations.

Analytics and Improvement. To analyze how users interact with location-based features and to improve the accuracy and functionality of our Services.
Aggregated Data. To generate aggregated and de-identified location data for analytics, business intelligence, and display of real-time capacity information to other users.
Aggregated Location Data and Real-Time Tracking Displays. We use aggregated location data from multiple users to display real-time information about business capacity, crowd levels, and wait times within the App. This aggregated data is de-identified and does not identify any individual user.
For example, when you view a business listing in the App, you may see an indicator showing whether the business is currently "Not Busy," "Somewhat Busy," or "Very Busy" based on aggregated location data from users who have visited that business. This information is derived from anonymized location signals and does not reveal the identity or specific location of any individual user.
We may also share aggregated location data with businesses, researchers, or other third parties for purposes such as urban planning, transportation analysis, or market research. Such data is always de-identified and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Opting Out of Location Tracking. You may opt out of location tracking at any time through your device's privacy settings or through the App's settings. To disable location tracking:
On iOS Devices. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Current and select "Never" or "Ask Next Time Or When I Share."
On Android Devices. Navigate to Settings > Location > App Permissions > Current and select "Deny" or "Ask every time."
Within the App. Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Location Preferences and toggle location tracking to "Off."
Impact of Opting Out on App Functionality. If you opt out of location tracking, certain features of the App that rely on your location will be unavailable or limited in functionality, including:
You will still be able to use other features of the App that do not require your location, and you may manually enter a location to access certain location-based features without enabling automatic location tracking.
Compliance with State Geolocation Privacy Requirements. We comply with applicable state laws regarding the collection and use of precise geolocation data, including:
California (CPRA). Precise geolocation data is considered sensitive Personal Information under the CPRA. California residents have the right to limit our use and disclosure of precise geolocation data. See Section 10 (Sensitive Personal Information) for more information.
Other State Privacy Laws. Several other states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, classify precise geolocation data as sensitive Personal Information and require consent for its processing. We will obtain your consent before collecting precise geolocation data in these jurisdictions, unless an exception applies under the applicable state law.
